Gcash AMEX Experience
Don’t use Globe Gcash AMEX when purchasing at DELL.COM
I was very eager to get a Dell Venue 8 pro tablet on hand and it is currently availabel in the U.S.
The only online store that is selling during that time is Dell.com.
Dell online store only accepts a US issued credit card and US PayPal account.
My last option is to use the Globe Gcash AMEX which according to them it is accepted by US merchant stores that do not accept non-US issued credit/debit card. I believe them.
